Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the remittance services (“Services”) provided by Himilo Enterprise Pty Ltd (Taaj Service Australia).
By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Territorial Scope of Services
Services are available only to customers physically located in Australia and who are Australian residents.
The mobile application may be accessible worldwide, but only those who verify Australian residency and location can register or use it.
Access or use from outside Australia is prohibited and may result in denial or termination of service.
Eligibility Requirements
Be physically present in Australia.
Provide a valid Australian residential address and postcode.
Provide a valid Australian mobile phone number (+61).
Complete KYC using Australian government-issued ID (passport, driver licence, or Medicare card).
We will not onboard or serve anyone who does not meet these requirements.
Payment Funding Restrictions
All transactions must be funded using accounts held with Australian financial institutions (e.g., Australian bank accounts, PayID, BSB/account number).
International payment methods, cards, or accounts are not accepted.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We monitor IP addresses and transaction patterns to ensure use only from within Australia.
If access from outside Australia is detected, we may:
Suspend or terminate the account; and/or
Request additional information to verify location and residency.
Registration and Account
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Do not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
Money Transfer
The App allows you to initiate transfers to other users or recipients.
You are responsible for ensuring recipient details are accurate.
Transfers are subject to fees and exchange rates that may vary.
Once initiated, transfers cannot be cancelled or reversed.
User Conduct
Use the App in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Do not use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with the App.
Fees and Charges
Fees and charges are outlined in the App’s fee schedule.
You agree to pay all applicable fees for using the App and initiating transfers.
